Greetings from the Black Diamond model railroad club.  This is a reminder that all persons involved in Scouting are invited to the Black Diamond Society of Model Engineers annual Scout Night on Tuesday, December 12th, 2023 from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at our club headquarters, 900 East Macada Road, Bethlehem, PA, 18017.  We have ample free parking.  No notice is required, just bring your Scouts.  Boy and Girl Scouts are welcome, and siblings may attend.  There is no charge for scouts, parents, or siblings.

Scout Night provides an opportunity for all persons involved in Scouting to view our operating layouts and artifacts up close, thereby experiencing first-hand the hobby of model railroading.  Our “Ambassadors” will be on hand to help and answer any questions related to model trains and our non-profit organization.

Trains on the first floor are fully operational in 2-rail and 3-rail O, On30 narrow gauge, and even S gauge for any American Flyer fans.  The second floor houses an HO scale layout, along with a switching layout that anyone can operate.
