NRA Pistol Instructor

8am to 1pm Saturday

This a part one of a 16-hour Course is presented in two parts and teaches the Knowledge, Skills and attitude essential to organizing, Promoting, and teaching the NRA’s Basic Pistol Course. The course will be presented in two parts; basic instructor training, (March 25^th) and discipline specific instructor training. Students demonstrate organizational and teaching skills via participation in practical exercises during the course, and complete an instructor certification exam. Students will receive the NRA Trainers Guide.

Prerequisite: Must be a register member of the BSA and intend on becoming a NRA instructor for MINSI TRAILS COUNCIL. This class is also a perquisite for the NRA Pistol Instructors class to be held on the 1^st of April.

MTC council member Cost is $25.00 per person, and 2-year commitment to serve on the MTC Shooting Sports Committee. Out of council leaders please contact Chuck yeoman for pricing.
